Byron Hill Ltd. provides contract and subcontract technical writing services for commercial, government, and military hardware manufacturers. We use industry-common tools to write, edit, and format product documentation—including installation, instruction, maintenance, repair, and theory manuals—for electronic and mechanical equipment. We also produce catalogues, data sheets, and other sales and marketing literature.
We strive to create accurate, informative, and easy-to-use product documentation that helps end users and maintenance personnel get up to speed quickly. They turn to helpful product documentation—instead of support personnel—for assistance. This positively impacts how customers feel about your company, particularly when making purchasing decisions.
Because we work on a for-hire, per project basis, our service is never a part of your overhead. Outside of becoming familiar with a client’s products, services, or methods, we require no company training. We work off-site, reducing workspace requirements and wear-and-tear on your equipment. We can help smooth workload spikes and eliminate the need to place or furlough direct labor during normal periods.
You retain ownership of everything we produce for you at all times. We work on a need-to-know basis and respect non-disclosure and non-competitive agreements. For Federal Government reporting purposes, Byron Hill Ltd. is a minority-owned company.
